Quip

Once a sweet girl and an aspiring sentinel named Amelie, she infiltrated Nocturne as a spy but fell in love with its leader, Lux. After Lux died in a vanguard attack, she assumed the alias Quip. She took over Nocturne and vowed revenge, wreaking havoc at the Splintered Coast.

All-Purpose Missile

Quip rapidly throws one Arcane missile at each enemy across the battlefield, randomly afflicting enemies with magic damage, stun, blindness or slowness effects.
