Faeries

Overview

Faeries live and tend to the forests of Ulthran, flying through the air on their vibrantly colored wings. They are creations of and worship Ulla. Only the Eyes of the Forest, such as the Champion Aumy, leave Ulthran and venture into the wider world; the rest prefer to stay amongst the trees and the creatures they commune with.

Culture

The Faeries enjoy music and dance and spend their time peacefully tending to nature. They have little contact with the outside world and can appear naïve to those from other realms.

Government

The Faeries follow the will of Ulla through the Messenger of Ulthran. The Messenger can hear the voice of the trees and reveals Ulla's voice. Though the Druid Council or the Amazon Queen might be considered the larger political leaders of the kingdom, it is the messenger that most of the Ulthrish forest folk listen to.

Physical

The Faeries are humanoid in appearance but have enormous colorful wings upon their back. They typically wear outfits made of natural materials from the forest.

Personality

The Faeries are kind and welcoming, spending their time tending to the plants and creatures of the forest.

Talents

They use nature magic and have the blessing of speaking with the plants and animals. This ability is not limited to Ulthran but can be used throughout Vathria though it is very rare for other races.
